Core Architectural Overview
I built the core Retail (POS) module within the GVoice Business Suite, centered on a flexible billing engine capable of handling the messy reality of retail payments.
- Full invoice management: creation, editing, search, filtering, and PDF generation
- Dual print layouts for A4 and 80mm thermal printers
- Multi-payment support including Cash, UPI, Cards, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Part Payments, and EMI
- Automatic GST calculation, discounts, weight-based pricing, and tax summaries
- Real-time inventory tracking with stock entries, movement logs, and category management

Alongside billing, I built the customer and business-management layer that gives store owners a full financial picture without leaving the platform.
- Customer ledgers with invoice history, outstanding balances, and EMI tracking
- Revenue analytics dashboard covering sales trends and top-selling products

- Full activity logging and audit trails across user actions
