I designed and built the core architecture for Gvoice CRM's Lead-to-Revenue Realization engine, covering the full customer lifecycle from first contact through project delivery and payment.
- Multi-source lead capture with automated assignment and ownership control
- 15-day lead ownership engine with extension requests, claim transfers, and audit trails
- Configurable TAT & Escalation Engine monitoring every business activity across departments
- Workflow automation for BOQ creation, quotation approval, compliance checks, and project closure
- Project execution module covering milestones, tasks, EOD reporting, blockers, and QA
